After significant leadership changes and staff transitions, Connections for Abused Women and their Children (CAWC) needed to revise and update their strategic plan to align with new leadership values and goals as well as to meet the moment given Federal changes trickling down to the state and local level.
What we did:- Created an engagement process to gather input from board, staff and young leadership council members
- Designed a full day retreat for the board to sharpen values, strategies, and priorities that informed the strategic plan
- Worked with the Executive Director to draft a new strategic plan for the organization
