Darci is driven by the transformative potential and impact that collaborative partnerships can unleash when we unite to address complex social issues. Throughout her career, which spanned policy and advocacy, non-profit program development, and strategic planning within City government, Darci has tirelessly worked across varying types of organizations with collaboration as a deep core value to challenge the status quo.
As a woman with over 15 years of experience fighting for social change with roots in New England and a heart deeply connected to Chicago, Darci has dedicated her career as a social worker to creating a more just and inclusive world.
Being a proud parent of five-year-old twins, or as some playfully say, "two babies at the same time," Darci cares deeply about the future and brings a wealth of personal experiences that shape her professional approach to gender and racial equity work.
